Forward Deployed AI Builder
Someone who listens to the problem and while listening opens their editor. Not a wireframe, real code that runs. When the client changes their mind, you tweak three lines and show the new version two minutes later. A consultant who thinks by generating, and teaches while doing.

Hestro is hiring a back-end developer for Green Ride: .NET Core, REST APIs, MongoDB and containers, in a team that works four days a week.

Don't fall in love with the technology. 30% of the work is code, 70% is understanding what's actually needed.
Curiosity first
When a new model drops, you try it that same day. When you spot a weird workflow, you want to know why.
Bilingual tech and business
You can lower the register with a sales director and raise it with a solution architect, without changing the substance.

The conditions below apply to the AI co-delivery team. The two Green Ride roles are based in Verona, Monday to Thursday.
Short week
The Hestro working time is 4 days out of 7. It's not a pilot, it's the standard.
4/7Remote-first Italy
You decide where you work from. Travel 1-2 days a week to clients: understanding a process happens on-site.
Flexible contract form
Employee, consultancy, ongoing VAT, hybrid solutions. We pick together what fits how you work.
Side projects welcome
Parallel activities (advisory, teaching, open source) aren't just allowed: they're an asset.

Intro call
With one of the Hestro seniors. We want to know where you come from and what excites you today.
Technical session
Anonymised real case. For the Forward Deployed AI Builder it's a live build session: we open the editor together.
Shadowing day
You stay with us on a live project. For us: to see if we click. For you: to see if you fit.
The final decision is collegial across the involved Hestro seniors. We don't hire on a single opinion.
